helpful information breakfast choice dirty terrace poor maintenance
The breakfast room looked very nice. I found the breakfast full of choice. The front desk gentlemen seemed helpful. They provided useful information to.
The room was not proper. There was no space to lay out luggage. There was some hair and dust on the floor. The terrace was very dirty. The sofa was very disgusting. This hotel need maintenance urgently.

unhelpful staff small room
breakfast was good enough. i liked the variety they had.
the staff wasn't always helpful. i asked for help but sometimes got ignored. the room it was small and did not have some facilities such a fridge.

spacious room public transport
the staff was always friendly. my room was spacious, very comfy and tidy, and it was a triple garden room. breakfast was good, and served in the historic castle. i found the hotel within an easy walk into town and also well connected with public transport.

The breakfast room features beautiful decor. Cooked-to-order eggs are available. the bar has been made into a cave with happy hour from 17:00 to 19:00, offering value. cheese and chorizo boards are a tasty treat.

The location is quiet and within walking distance of the center. it's approximately a 20-minute walk to the river. The metro is just up the road. i found that the hotel is easy to reach from various points in the city.

unique building lovely staff clean room tourist areas cement render
the building had a unique beauty. the staff seemed kind, always ready with a helping hand. the room was clean beyond words. breakfast in the main building felt special, like stepping back in time.
the hotel was a little away from the main tourist areas. this meant i depended on transport to reach the riverfront. i noticed a lingering smell of cement render in the block where my room stood.

breakfast variety kind staff clean rooms distant location area lacking
the breakfast was yummy with a lot of variety. they have everything you need in the rooms. the staff are kind, and the rooms are clean.
the location was too far out of the main areas. there is nothing to go to in the area, apart from the hotel.

helpful staff beautiful gardens spacious room
the staff was nice and helpful the gardens and public rooms are beautiful providing a peaceful atmosphere i appreciated the excellent shower facilities with great water pressure the room was clean and spacious. breakfast had a wide range of choices.
the location felt slightly distant from main tourist areas requiring a bit of a walk to the city center
