a decent experience
high standard super clean room excellent breakfast unprofessional welcome minor delay
the room was spacious. it was also super clean and decorated to a high standard. breakfast was excellent , and i was grateful for the quality of ingredients used.
our room wasn't ready at 3 p.m. , a minor delay, but still frustrating. the welcome at reception felt a bit unprofessional and not especially friendly. the young man was dour.

minor inconveniences
shower design slow breakfast
the room was super clean, that i can say for sure.
I was looking forward to a relaxing experience, but several issues dampened my stay. The shower's design led to water flooding into the room. breakfast service was painfully slow. Getting coffee took ages, even when few people were present. management didn't seem concerned with the issues raised.

Romantic Getaway
ample space restaurant detail
The Superior Suite provided ample space for us. its design felt very sophisticated. I especially liked the beautiful breakfast prepared to order each morning. It made our mornings so enjoyable. The restaurant's attention to detail made it a high point of each day.

same shampoo awful lighting
The air conditioning worked REALLY well. It kept the room cool despite the outside heat.
The shampoo doubled as body wash, which I found infuriating. I ended up buying my own toiletries, a minor inconvenience. The lighting in the bathroom was also awful. I had trouble seeing what I was doing.
