Really good Stay, A Good Experience

Check-in was seamless and the staff were very cute. The rooftop pool and bar offered a fantastic space to unwind. I found the location convenient for exploring, with easy access to various neighborhoods (it was a bit of a walk to some spots, but that was fine by me).
The lighting in the bathroom was a little dim for applying makeup.

the hotel has a high volume of guests. this sometimes results in longer wait times during peak hours.

The breakfast selection included port wine, a good surprise! i found the rooftop pool heated, and open in the evening. It offered beautiful views! the staff were very kind and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure all needs were met! i really appreciated the location. It's near the metro and my favorite neighborhood.

My room offered great amenities. I enjoyed the executive king room with a comfortable bed and modern décor. the bathroom had premium toiletries and a rainfall shower. I really appreciated that feature. it was cleaned daily. I had no issues and that was really important.

I enjoyed the Executive room. The fridge was stocked daily with water, soft drinks, wine, beer, and a chocolate bar. Staff also left chips and custom custard tarts for me. The executive rooms included a free happy hour, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
The hotel had a techno party on the roof, which limited use of the facilities. This event made a lot of noise past 10PM. This was not ideal.

i stayed in the beautiful king room city view for three nights. the breakfast was really good with a wide choice of food. the bed was large and very comfortable. all staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

the hotel has a bar and restaurant with very helpful staff. breakfast gave me plenty of choice. the rooms are very nice with great showers and wonderfully comfy beds. the staff are multilingual and eager to assist with places to see.
the location is a bit out of the way from the city center. i had to walk about 30-45 minutes. taxis and public transport were not efficient (something i hope they improve).
