A Decent Stay
coffee machine good breakfast helpful staff dark room cold air conditioning limited atmosphere
The room featured a coffee machine. It was convenient to have this in the room. The breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful.
The room felt very dark. Even with the lights on, it was not bright. The air conditioning was too cold. I could not seem to adjust the temperature. There was not much atmosphere in the hotel.

helpful staff convenient location
i found the hotel location very convenient. it was within walking distance of many city attractions and the staff were helpful. the pizza at the hotel restaurant was AMAZING!!! the location was really convenient.
the air conditioning in my room did not function properly. it could not be controlled from inside the room.

amazingly comfortable rooms!
coffee machine charging socket
I really loved the room. It had a coffee machine plus a tv. the bed was large and really comfy, perfect after a long day! i spotted a usb-c socket on the bedside lamp for charging my phone, very handy.
The room felt quite cold when i first got in, i tried to warm it up without any luck. staff were unable to change the system for winter . They offered a broken heating device around 1 am.

the staff were really helpful and courteous. breakfast was a buffet with lots of choices including cooked items and pastries. when my wife asked for gluten free bread, the staff quickly brought a freshly baked roll.

fantastic stay, clean, friendly, and well-located
king size bed excellent shower helpful staff
i had a fabulous stay. the king size bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. i found every member of staff to be really good, very professional and so friendly. roger at reception was especially cheery and helpful.
the air conditioning was a major issue in my room. i could not control the system from within the room. only the front desk had access, causing a very frustrating and uncomfortable night.

The breakfast buffet included many choices, and the food was very fresh. the pizza restaurant downstairs was a great spot for dinner on a rainy day. i tried the lemoncello and apple sangria. It was delicious.

my suite was spacious with plenty of outlets beside the bed. the room was also silent even though it was located right beside the elevator. i found a lavazza coffee machine with two capsules there plus a bottle of water.

helpful staff design style
the staff provided an umbrella when i needed it. i also liked the modern design in the room. the walk to the city center was around 25 minutes.
the lighting in the room was a little dim.

the staff was very helpful and friendly. i found the bed comfortable and the shower amazing! the breakfast selection offered good quality food. i enjoyed the outside garden area to watch a football game.

generous breakfast tasty pizza surprise bottle
the staff checked me in early.. i got a welcome drink. i received a surprise bottle of wine and cake. the breakfast was generous and the pizzas were tasty.
the air conditioning was very cold even when i changed the heat setting.
