thin pillows breakfast variety
The location was decent, allowing short walks to various interesting spots.
The pillows were AWFUL and so thin! They severely disrupted my sleep throughout the entire stay. The hotel REALLY needs to invest in decent quality pillows. The breakfast lacked variety, disappointing.

Acceptable stay with some issues
The hotel is conveniently located for exploring the city center. It is easy to reach major spots on foot.
I found the room to be a bit worn. The pool was quite small, more like a plunge pool (certainly not for swimming laps).

clean room charging points
the room was very clean and the bed was comfy. i also liked having lots of charging points in the room, so i could charge all my devices. the bathroom was nice too, with plenty of space.

underwhelming stay, some issues need addressing
poor selection thin pillows
i was really disappointed with the breakfast. the selection wasn't very varied, and the quality wasn't great either. also, the pillows were thin and uncomfortable, which definitely affected my sleep throughout my stay. the hotel seriously needs to invest in better pillows.

major attractions staff advice rooftop pool
The location provided easy access to major attractions. I enjoyed the helpful advice from staff regarding the Funicular dos Guindais. Parking on site was convenient. The rooftop pool gave a good city view.
The lamp had a loose electrical wire, so it flickered. It also lacked an individual switch.

The breakfast included a great variety of options for vegetarians. I had dinner at the restaurant, and it was delicious. It offered both local and international dishes. It was a fantastic experience.
