clean room convenient location helpful staff cramped room no hook bathroom inconvenience
the hotel provided a very clean room. its location was definitely convenient for exploring nearby restaurants. the staff also seemed generally helpful throughout my stay.
the premier room i booked felt designed more for looks than actual comfort. there were no hooks in the bathroom, quite inconvenient. the closet shelves were only on one side.

The staff promptly arranged all requested services. Rooms were clean and well-kept. Breakfast offered an adequate selection of items each morning. I found the on-site spa a definite plus after long days exploring.
The room's acoustic insulation from external noise was somewhat inadequate.

The location is very convenient. It allowed easy access to key sites. The breakfast had diverse options. I especially liked the fresh pastries. The staff provided efficient service. I found the room setup quite functional.
The absence of hooks in the bathroom was slightly inconvenient.

acceptable stay
helpful staff comfortable room small room cockroach problem
the staff helped with everything i needed. rooms were very comfy and tidy. breakfast was a real plus, and there was a spa too.
The room was quite small. i was one adult with two kids and we barely fit. there was nowhere to hang wet swimming suits after using the pool. the worst experience was in the pool area. We saw some cockroaches and reception brought champagne to the room, but that did not solve the issue.
