central location tasty breakfast
the location was very central. it was easy to reach everything i wanted. the hotel clean my room everyday, i appreciate this. i also really enjoyed the fresh and tasty breakfast i ate.
the hotel have a very old air condition system, it was too noisy.

The breakfast includes many fresh options. The staff prepares food with great attention to detail! My room included a mini kitchenette. The shower was really good.
The air conditioner made a bit of noise. Though it kept the room cool.

Really good stay, central location and attentive service
central location fresh ingredients friendly staff relaxing library
i appreciated the central location, close to attractions and public transport. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh ingredients, setting me up each day. The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist with any request i had. i found the communal areas relaxing, particularly the library.
The air conditioning system made considerable noise. It was slightly disruptive.

The hotel enjoys a SUPERB location. It stands within walking distance of key attractions and restaurants. São Bento train station and a metro line are very close by, providing convenient transport options. Katedral is right next to the hotel.

The beautiful apartment features distinct areas for showering and other restroom activities. It includes a fully equipped kitchen. i found the room facilities fantastic and the rooms very comfortable. The rooms are beautifully decorated with comfy beds.

The included airport transfer made arrival effortless. It WAS such a nice touch. George played piano during breakfast , made the mornings good. I felt very looked after.

the staff was friendly. the breakfast included a variety of options. the location was near many attractions. i found the apartment spacious.
the pool needed cleaning. the air conditioning was quite noisy (i think it was an older unit). there were some mosquitos in the garden.
