The gym had very well kept equipment and it all seemed NEW. The breakfast selection was HUGE and all top quality. The rooms were super fresh, clean, and ALWAYS well put back together when I returned in the afternoon.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was hopeless and the bathroom didn't have airflow. At times it smelt BAD. I had to change rooms because of flooding from the shower. The second room also had defective aircon and it was never fixed despite a visit from maintenance.

every staff member was smiling and cute. the hotel's restaurant served a delicious meal, and i had a drink sitting outside at the bar. the room offered chocolates adding a special touch.
the air conditioning was sadly deficient, needing a room change due to its ineffective performance. despite maintenance visiting, it was never fully repaired. this issue impacted the overall comfort .

I found the breakfast wonderful. the rooms were so quiet thanks to thick solid walls, i heard no slamming doors or noises. the location was very good. the gym was pretty good. I liked it.
I noticed the entrance is open all the time. there is no card secured elevator to access the rooms. The passage for rooms seems always open.

the hotel is located near the city center. the area is quiet and mostly pedestrianized, which i found very pleasant. deliveries and taxis are the ONLY traffic present on the street.

the staff were indeed helpful and professional. the hotel had some nice amenities. i found the breakfast to be a highlight (especially the fresh pastries!).
the gym was quite small with limited equipment. i noticed the air conditioning was not very effective in the rooms. the shower doors did not close properly, which caused some flooding.

I appreciated the room. It was super clean. the bed felt soft, and the linens were new. the staff helped me get my room ready early, so i could rest. victoria and matheus were very friendly and cute, and it really showed. the sauna was also a lovely treat! after a long day, i felt refreshed.
the area is a little run down. you leave the grounds to be greeted with derelict buildings.

the breakfast area looked very nice. it had high ceilings and fancy chandeliers.
The gym was a joke (if you can even call it that). it was tiny and had very little equipment. the shower was also annoying. The doors did not close properly. this meant i flooded the floor every time i took a shower.
