Clara greeted us with kindness! she ensured we received complimentary transit passes valid throughout our stay. she upgraded our room. It was a loft with a hot tub.
The pool was not operational for our visit, it broke my heart. no discount was offered, no upgrade was available. I wished it was different.

adequate stay with some drawbacks

undercover parkingmissing microwavegarage view
the undercover parking was useful for keeping the car out of the elements.
the room lacked a microwave I consider this a basic amenity for the price charged and its absence was a significant inconvenience. the room faced the entrance to the garage so there wasn't much of a view

closed poolmusty smell
i wasn't happy that the pool was closed. they didn't told me about it beforehand, and i was really looking forward to swim. the room smelled a bit musty, i think they should air it out more often. also, the ice machine on my floor was out of order, so i had to go to another floor for ice.
