Lovely stay in the mountains

spacious roomgood featurehelpful staffimpersonal process
It had a fireplace, a good feature (especially in the evenings). I also found the front desk staff very helpful with directions each day.
The check-in process felt a little impersonal, I think more engagement would elevate the experience.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel includes a pool and a spa, these were great after long tour days, allowing relaxation. The underground parking offers safety and convenience, especially during colder months. A concierge is available to assist with luggage.
Dining
8/10
The hotel offers room service, which I appreciated, and the on-site food was tasty. The breakfast service had a good selection. The breakfast a la carte menu presented limited options.
Rooms
9/10
The room was very quiet nearly around the clock. Bathrobes were available in the room. The room included a fireplace that enhanced the cozy atmosphere.
Location
8/10
The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. It is a short walk to the main part of town. The hotel is located on the main street.

Acceptable stay downtown

beauty roomconvenient locationuntrained staffexpensive breakfast
I liked the convenient location to town! It was great, and I walked to many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The room also had a beauty room with a fireplace. The bathroom was huge, too.
The staff seemed poorly trained, impacting the service. The breakfast cost a lot and I thought its quality was poor. The lobby's atmosphere was uninviting. The fireplace never had a fire.

underwhelming stay

small roomunhelpful staff
the room i got, a standard room one queen, was smaller than i anticipated (based on the pictures i saw before). it felt a bit cramped, especially with luggage. also, the front desk staff didn't seem particularly helpful when i asked about local hiking trails, disappointing. i expected more enthusiasm and local expertise.
