“Banff Inn's bi-level suites stand out, easily accommodating families visiting the Canadian Rockies. Carlito's Pizzeria on-site is a boon after a day on the slopes, while the central location means Banff's attractions are walkable. bathroom hairs inadequate soundproofing
The staff are nice. The hotel is VERY clean.
My room was not properly cleaned ONE day. A service issue that required a call to the front desk. There were hairs left in the bathroom, QUITE unhygienic. I would also point out that the soundproofing is inadequate. Noise from neighboring rooms was audible.

Wonderful Stay!

clean room comforting return safe stay
The room was really clean, a detail I always appreciate. Everything felt very tidy. I found it super comforting to return to after exploring the area. I also felt safe .
The paper cups in the room were not ideal. I wished there were proper mugs for my morning tea.
Rooms
9/10
The king room included a cozy setup. The bed offered a comfortable night's rest, perfect after a long day of hiking. Lighting options allowed adjustments based on preferences.
Dining

While there wasn't an extensive dining selection on-site, the proximity to nearby restaurants provided several choices. A supermarket nearby made it convenient to pick up snacks and drinks. This made meal planning simple.
Location

The hotel had a central location, a great advantage for exploring. A short walk led to the heart of town with various shops and attractions. I found this location convenient.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

missing directions no breakfast
The location was fine with a short walk into town.
I had some issues . The receptionist didn't give directions to the elevator or the hot tub and sauna. (a little thing, but still.) I also had to go out for breakfast, unexpected.

dark room expensive parking
the room itself was kinda dark, it had a jug but not cups or glasses. i called the front desk to get some delivered, but they told me they don't offer room service and i needed to get the stuff at the desk myself. also, parking in the basement costed too much.

the staff was friendly and helpful . i found the rooms very clean with a good sized fridge. a coffee machine was available, and i could request a kettle at reception. this helped me make my own lunches. underground parking was a great bonus!
I requested a quiet room. my room was directly above the entrance hall. it was uncomfortably warm, and the bedding was a thick winter duvet. i slept with just the quilt cover.

good staff cute inn bigger room mountain view front desk king bed
the staff members were really good. they maintained the inn super cute and well. the rooms were bigger than usual.
i booked a room with a king bed and paid extra because the description said only those rooms had a mountain view. our room had no view of the mountains. the person at the front desk told me that just because it is written in the description does not mean we will have it
