the location was excellent all shops and restaurants were within walking distance the underground parking was easy to access i also appreciated that the shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure
the locally made soap shampoo conditioner and lotion in the room had a very strong odor i did not care for it

The underground parking provided easy access. I found the location convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. The shower offered good pressure, and the water heated quickly. The comfortable bed ensured restful nights..
The lighting around the sink was quite dim. I found it challenging when applying makeup.

Comfortable Stay in Great Location
complimentary bus central location extended car park exploring area
The hotel provided a complimentary bus pass, useful for exploring. The location allowed easy access to shopping and dining. Everything was convenient. Staff permitted us to keep our car in the carpark a couple hours after check-out. This allowed us to continue exploring the area a little longer.
I found that the light in our room could have been better.

Staff members were very nice and knowledgeable. They provided great service. Reception staff offered care and help when our case did not arrive as expected. I found all staff members helpful and friendly.

The hotel provides a local bus ticket. This proved valuable for traveling around the town. I found parking available for our entire stay, though it approached full capacity nearer the weekend. Water was provided free of charge.

Convenient Location, Solid Stay!

The front desk staff were accommodating and very friendly. The hotel provides complimentary tickets for the public bus, a great perk. On-site restaurant offers convenient dining options. I parked my car for the entirety of my stay and traveled by bus.
The hotel did not have a microwave in the room. I had to go downstairs to reheat food, inconvenient.

This location is very close to the Visitor Center, useful. The Roam bus stops across the street. It takes you to Lake Louise. Restaurants and stores surround the hotel. I found this especially convenient.

The front desk staff was helpful in providing recommendations for local restaurants. They prepared a list. Check-in was quick. They let me have my room early. Daily housekeeping was efficient and thorough.

heated parking good size easy access
I liked the heated parking a lot. The room had a good size and provided enough space for luggage. The location was great with easy access to the main street shops.
The lighting around the sink was dim, and I had trouble doing my makeup, so I had to do it outside.

The hotel has its own restaurant that offers pizza and pasta dishes. I did not try the pasta, but the pizza smelled very good. The dining area seemed clean. There were many families.

The hotel features a hot tub, a steam room, and a sauna. I used only the sauna, and I found it quite relaxing. The parking is heated, a great plus during cold weather. A bus stop is very close.

The front desk staff was accommodating and happy to help me with questions I had. The receptionists I spoke to were pleasant. They also allowed for early check in, that was a nice plus.
