A balanced experience at the hotel

The staff were helpful. The tv connected with chrome cast WAS something that I had been suggesting in several installations. It was straightforward to connect and have my favorite shows on disney plus, netflix and even youtube. A complimentary tea option would be nice like me.

The front desk was not very knowledgeable about things. The front desk reception gave false information that the pride parade didn't start until 2 pm. There wasn't a courtesy coffee station in the lobby NOR was there a small refrigerator in the room. I don't think I would stay in this hotel again.

the parking situation was terrible and staff weren't helpful. there was no drinking water in the room and a bottle from reception cost seven dollars.

The room was clean, i had a queen room. the staff was helpful. the hotel controlled everything with control panels. It was pretty good.

parking charges were a hassle! though the area had many homeless people near the hotel.

The staff provided helpful assistance when needed. They addressed questions with patience. i did not encounter any issues that needed extensive support, but the team seemed prepared to handle anything efficiently.

While the hotel itself does not have extensive dining options, there's a bakery opposite the hotel. I had breakfast there. the options included pastries and coffee. It was a great start to the day.

the room was modern and clean. the bed was very comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep. i appreciated the proximity to several restaurants nearby.

the front desk staff did not seem well informed. i found the lack of information frustrating. parking was difficult to find and the arrival staff offered little help.
