great stay with convenient amenities
safe parking infused water rooftop pool city lights
I found safe parking with underground access to the hotel! infused water was available at the front counter. the rooftop pool offered a nice size for a relaxing swim. the city lights and sunset provided a magical view. I loved the view.
The air conditioning seemed to have some issues. i was offered a fan to help with the temperature in the room. It was a slight inconvenience.

the hotel is near the tram station, offering easy access to transportation. it is also a few blocks away from stephen avenue. this proximity makes it simple to explore the area.

The outdoor pool is located on the roof. I found it a good size. there is underground parking available , though spaces can be limited. access to parking is quite narrow.

i found the location convenient. everything was within walking distance, a huge plus. the staff were also very friendly and were very good too assist me, a detail i GREATLY appreciated!!!
i did notice that the ice machine on my floor was out of order.

traffic noise friendly staff
the hotels age really shows. i was on a high floor, i still heard traffic every night. it was difficult to sleep sometimes. the staff was friendly though.

the location was acceptable with easy access to transit stops.
The hotel was NOT very well kept, and the room felt dated. Stains were visible on the ceiling, kinda gross. the curtains were faded and had holes. A little attention to detail would make a big difference.

dark room missing fridge
The room showed its age. It was quite dark, with insufficient lighting for any serious work. i was further disappointed by the absence of a mini-fridge, a standard amenity i expect. these shortcomings.
