wonderful short trip!
ideal location short walk beautiful premises
The location was ideal, especially with the expo center being so close. it was a short walk to the bmo center, which really simplified things. the premises were beautiful. The poolside area was a real highlight!

The hotel provides a well maintained outdoor pool open . i noticed two restaurants on site. They looked quite busy, especially during peak hours. there is also a gym with cardio equipment.

the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. they were quick to answer questions i had, and they always smiled. i especially appreciated their quick service when i requested extra towels.

the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower head, it was great. the balcony had ample space to enjoy city views.

the hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and bars, this made it easy to find dining options. downtown attractions were within walking distance, that helped save on transportation costs. the underground parking was also a big plus!

Convenient and well-appointed stay
clean room useful amenities great location
I found the hotel close to parks and restaurants. My room was very comfy and tidy, a needed experience. I really liked the useful amenities available.
The housekeeper was super rude. I had to switch rooms because our first one was not cleaned properly. The front desk took a long time to help us when we requested anything.
