helpful staff spacious room modern design poor cleaning damp towels floor hair
the staff was helpful! the room was spacious and modern. the location is near transportation. the gym had what i needed.
the room cleaning was not good. i noticed hair on the floor. i also noticed the towels i left on the floor were hung back up. the towels were damp.

amazing stay near victoria station
convenient location self-serve laundry kitchenette facilities
the location was very convenient, being just across from victoria station. i found it easy to explore with the underground close by. self-serve laundry in the basement was a bonus, with two washing machines at gbp4 per wash and two dryers at gbp3 per dry. i appreciated the kitchenette facilities and would definitely book again.
i did notice some homeless people around, likely due to the proximity to the train station
