friendly staff excellent location tasty breakfast
The staff were great. They readily assisted with my travel queries (which i had many) and other needs. The location is unbeatable, putting me close to many attractions and transport links. I appreciated the tasty breakfast offered each morning.
The room decor looked a bit outdated.

I stayed only three nights. The location was very convenient. It made it easy to reach tourist attractions. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel offered storage for my bags before and after check-in.
The window required repair to prevent cold air from entering. It made the room a bit drafty.

cozy stay near attractions
ideal location comfortable bed available staff convenient baggage storage
the hotel location was ideal for visiting various attractions. the bed in my double room private bathroom was comfortable. the staff was always available at the front desk and nice. i left my baggages in storage after checking out.
the noise from outside and from other rooms was audible at times. the walls seem thin. this happens mostly during night hours.

central location underground station friendly staff
The location was very central. I appreciated having three different underground stations a short walk away. The British Museum was also very close. The room and bathroom were small. they were clean with all the basics. I found the staff friendly.
The hot water pressure in the shower was quite low, a little difficult to wash my hair properly.
