my room had a lovely terrace view. the breakfast was fantastic. the staff were helpful (i appreciated their quick responses).
i found the room was very old. the curtains and lamps were partially broken too. the bathroom seemed like it was from the 60s, with pink tiles and worn-out tub.

the staff was always ready to help with any request. the room was spacious and very clean. we were close to many restaurants and shops. the breakfast was fantastic with so many choices.
the bathroom was a bit dated and could use some updates.

I found the room clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They provided quick assistance when needed. I also appreciated the location. It was very convenient to various restaurants and public transportation options. It made exploring the city very simple.
The access to the hotel with heavy luggage proved a bit challenging. I noticed the building felt somewhat old, which might be a concern for some guests.

I adored the family room. It was so spacious. the breakfast buffet featured many options. i found check-in and check-out to be quick. katerina at the front desk helped me with directions.
The elevator was a little slow at times. It didn't affect my stay much but good to know.

The hotel had a great location near the train station. It made getting around quite easy. The staff seemed ready to assist guests. There was a nice sitting area available. It had complimentary water and coffee.
The room I got was quite small. The bed took up most of the space. The portable AC unit had a strange smell. It smelled like cigarette smoke. I couldn't use it. There was much noise from nearby bars since I had to open the windows.
