tender moments in a 'lovely room'

nearby trains friendly staff free drink daily housekeeping

i adored the trains, trams, and buses nearby. the staff was so friendly, they came right away when we had a tv problem. i got free drink tickets if i didn't use daily housekeeping, but cleaning every three days was fine for me. coffee and tea were available every morning on each floor. it was so sweet.

The room had a very strange setup. The bed was in the room's middle, facing the window, with little space to get in.

mixed experience with noise issues

rude staff constant noise

the location is excellent, as everything is within walking distance.

The check-in process was unpleasant as one staff member made assumptions about our language based on our origin. the room lacked amenities and i had to carry my own extra pillow from reception. noise from nearby bars kept me up until 5 in the morning. It was quite frustrating.

cramped room inconvenient setup

The location was indeed near the train station.

The room I had was far from ideal. The sloped ceiling on the top floor. The sink was also not separate from the bedroom. It was right next to the bed. I think the overall experience was not worth the price.
