The location is fantastic. I found it convenient for reaching my business clients. The tap water tasted surprisingly good, a feature I greatly appreciate. The service I received was friendly and efficient.
The electronic registration form was not available in my native language, which I found inconvenient.

the staff was friendly enough.
the room was small, i felt claustrophobic (and i am not usually bothered by small spaces). everything is controlled by a tablet, which i found more annoying than convenient. i really missed having physical switches for the lights and the curtains, especially when the tablet glitched.

the room provide blackout curtains, that was a good feature. the shower had good pressure and temperature. the bar staff were very helpful. i find the location quite convenient as it's close to transportation hubs.
i saw dirt beside the window on the mattress and this needed more cleaning.

the hotel is near the train station and also the lake. it is easy to walk to museums and restaurants. the location is walkable to many places, that is beneficial.
