The staff was honest. They emailed me about a wallet I left behind. I was able to retrieve it quickly. The location is central to cafes and within walking distance of the train station. I watched the cable cars near the building go up and down. The staff was very kind.
The room faced the main road, so it wasn't quiet. This was on the third floor. All in all, it was fine though.

the location was fantastic near the train station. staff offered free coffee upon arrival, a nice touch. i found my room to be a good size, very clean and the bathroom was newly renovated. i also appreciated the staff minding my bags when needed.
i found the room had little air circulation, even with the window open all night. there wasn't any other space to sit apart from the bed.

I found the staff very helpful with extra pillows and restaurant information. breakfast was plentiful and varied, i thought. the hotel's location near the train station was a real bonus. i also appreciated the borrowable umbrella. It rained .
my room was very small, lacking air conditioning, slightly uncomfortable given the price.
