fantastic stay with riverside views
spacious suite comfortable bed fantastic views
i was upgraded to a junior suite view on the old town for my stay. the room was spacious , with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. i particularly enjoyed the views of the river and surrounding architectures from the suite , it was amazing.
the breakfast was a bit expensive, given the limited options available.

the suite included a kettle , bathroom slippers , and complimentary bottled water. a shoe horn was also provided , and the bathroom featured shampoo and soap. the room also had lovely views of the river.

the hotel has a restaurant and lounge area , where i had both breakfast and dinner. they bring in a guest sushi chef once a week. breakfast offers continental and full-service options , dinner has excellent choices and a full bar is available.

train station clean rooms comfortable beds
the location was great, very close to the train station! the rooms were clean and the beds felt comfortable. There were many restaurants and shopping options available within walking distance, very convenient.

excellent hotel stay
excellent location junior suite shopping store complimentary water
the location is excellent. we were given an upgrade to a junior suite. the hotel is in the middle of everything we needed. it is close to the train station, shopping stores and restaurants. the room was spacious, cozy and decorated beautifully. the room was well-equipped with a kettle, bathroom slippers, shoe horn, shampoo and soap, and two complimentary bottles of water.
the heater and ac did not work well. there were no easily accessible power plugs available. i did find one behind the bedside cabinet, but i had to unplug the lamp to use it.

the hotel is a short ten-minute walk from the train station. it is right in the middle of everything, overlooking the river. there are coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping options nearby.

adequate stay, but some disappointments
traffic noise inaccurate website
The location proved undeniably convenient. A real win for getting around.
The room felt far from soundproofed. Traffic noise persisted late. the website showed partially air-conditioned rooms, this was inaccurate for my sixth-floor room. there wasn't even a fan initially. I had to request one.

perfect location with very friendly service
train station tram stop hot breakfast good service
The hotel is close to the main train station. i found a tram stop right across the street. It was very convenient to get around. breakfast was really good. hot breakfast and flat whites could be ordered from the waiters, though additional items were available from the buffet.
the room was small. also, the air conditioning did not seem to work very well.
