mixed feelings about the stay
faulty tv fluctuating temperature
the tv in the room didn't work. it just showed a snowy screen, and i couldn't get anyone to fix it. also, the shower was a real pain. the temperature kept fluctuating from hot to cold. it was annoying.

linen change non-functional television
I find the lack of daily housekeeping unacceptable. Linens were not changed during my three-night stay. furthermore, the television did not function, a significant oversight for a hotel of this supposed caliber. i expect these issues to be addressed promptly.

thorough cleaning pot of coffee beautiful hotel
the room had everything i needed, like, daily cleaning was proper thorough, and i returned to a nice clean room each day. breakfast started the day really well, it was nice and filling, with a big pot of coffee i enjoyed. there was also a beautiful hotel, i tell you!
just one tiny thing, the shower head had a little limescale.

Acceptable Experience
short walk quiet room dusty room missing reception
The location proved useful. It was a short walk to the city centre across the Meadows. The room faced the rear of the hotel. It was very quiet.
I encountered an issue. There was no one at the reception, any day. I had to call a number when needed. Parts of the room were quite dusty.
