The front desk staff provided helpful information upon arrival. The room featured great views. I found the room clean and spacious. I also appreciated that the hotel is near many shopping and dining locations.
The walk to the North Tower from the South Tower felt long due to poor signage. I ended up in the basement car park.

The hotel has very friendly valet staff. They were quick and efficient when I needed a taxi. My room included a master switch by the door. It turns all the lights on or off with one flip. A cleverly designed shower featured backlit mirror. This provided natural soft light. Fresh fruit infused water was available in the lobby.
Elevators in the South tower were quite slow. Many people complained about the long wait.

The front desk staff was helpful with directions. bar one was a good surprise. Shane crafted wonderful drinks. i loved how walkable the area is. St paul's hospital is just across the street. the iga nearby has everything needed for snacks.
The elevators seemed a little slow during peak hours. A minor inconvenience. but didn't ruin my getaway at all.

the room service by maria stood out , she was very warm. maria ensured everything was perfect when i placed my order. her kindness.
the club lounge was small , and it was unclear how to order beer or wine.

the location was good for walking around and exploring the area. the beds were comfortable too
i was disappointed that i had to call multiple times to get my room cleaned. they kept telling me it would be done at specific times, but it wasn't. i ended up waiting in the lobby for hours with my food getting cold
