Excellent stay with harbour views
harbour view spacious room perfect location
The hotel upgraded our room to the highest floor. It featured a full harbour view at no extra cost for my husband's birthday. The rooms are spacious, and the beds provide great comfort. The location is near everything and right on coal harbour.

i saw arc restaurant served breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but i did not have a chance to try it. there were many other restaurants nearby, allowing guests to explore various dining options outside the hotel, all within walking distance.

The hotel has a pool available . I observed many people enjoying it. the fitness room contains modern equipment such as treadmills and weights. the hotel provides porters, transferring luggage from rooms to cruise cabins.

poor lighting personal items
the hotel had a room ready after a short wait it was so good
the room was fine but it had poor lighting i had to keep the bathroom door open to make tea i also had an issue with housekeeping removing some personal items that i didn't get back the hotel gave me a credit it was applied against a bar bill which they said would be complimentary

average stay with billing issues
the location was near canada place it was easy to get around from there and plenty of places to eat were within walking distance
i noticed that my bill included an extra few hundred dollars they charged me for breakfast even though it was already included in my reservation package i should not need to keep an eye on my own bill like that
