central location room cleanliness efficient elevator nearby attraction
The location was ideal near shopping and restaurants, i enjoyed walking to many nearby attractions. It was easy with everything so close. i appreciated the room's cleanliness. the elevator service was efficient. I never waited long.
the valet parking was costly.

The location is central. The automated elevators were a plus, greatly reducing wait times. I liked the gym. It includes two Peloton bikes. The staff were helpful and friendly.
I found that the daily cleanliness could be improved as the lobby felt dim.

central location quick coffee
I found the location very central, a definite plus for getting around. i appreciated the starbucks inside the hotel. It was convenient for a quick coffee. the staff were helpful when i asked for directions.
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours. I had to wait for a treadmill. the pool was also smaller than i expected. It was often full of families.

My king room balcony was spacious. It had a comfortable bed and a small seating area. the balcony offered a decent view of the surrounding buildings. i found the bathroom well-kept and equipped with standard amenities.

The hotel provides a well-equipped fitness center with several cardio machines and weights. a heated jacuzzi is available in the outdoor area (it was a nice touch). conference rooms are spacious. They accommodated my meeting needs.

the front desk staff were polite and efficient during check-in and check-out. housekeeping ensured my room was clean and tidy daily. i also utilized the room service once (it was prompt).

dusty shelves slow draining sink
the room was alright, though the housekeeping wasn't great. dust was noticeable on the shelves. also, the bathroom sink drained slowly, a little annoying.

limited menu treadmill scarcity
My stay wasn't as smooth as i hoped. the gym, while decent, had only two treadmills. I had to wait each time i wanted to run. also, the room service menu felt limited, it lacked variety, especially for late-night options.
