cold bathroom worst shower fixtures
the location felt very convenient to public transportation. a great advantage.
the shower fixtures was the worst i ever had. i was really angry with the cold bathroom. the room seemed not heated well.

decent stay at downtown
clean room useful location helpful staff small room dated pool poor value
the room was clean and as described. i found the location useful for what i needed . my concert venue was close by. the staff helped me find it.
the room was small and it had a particularly small bathroom. the pool seemed very dated and in need of some upgrades. i thought it was not good value for money compared to other hotels i know.

friendly staff upgraded extras designated time dinning credit
The hotel staff demonstrated genuine kindness. They upgraded our extras at no additional charge. It did. I also appreciated the quick and easy check in. The hotel was quiet. I like it.
My room was not available at the designated check in time. This caused a delay in my schedule. I was provided a dining credit to compensate.
