cruise terminal perfect location helpful staff
The cruise terminal access was seriously convenient!!! they took my bags, amazing. the location is killer. I walked to stanley park with no problem. the staff even got me into my room early after my cruise! it was so appreciated!!!
the remote in my room wasn't working quite right. it took a bit for someone to come fix it. otherwise, i had a fantastic visit.

the hotel is near public transport at waterfront station. it is close to the flyover canada attraction. it also has mountain and ocean views at breakfast. it is close to a lot of stuff, and i was able to get around easily.

the staff are amazing and go above and beyond! they helped with my bags and check-in. one thing i appreciated was how quickly they solved a minor issue. they were friendly.

Fantastic ADA Compliant Rooms!
I was very surprised by the excellent ADA wheelchair accessible rooms. The hotel paid attention to detail to ensure the rooms met ADA compliance. I was pleased with the very accommodating guest services. They were pretty good too ensure a nice stay.
The lifts were clearly unable to cope with the number of guests. I regularly had to wait a long time to use them.

The hotel's location offers easy access to key attractions, great. It also provides convenient access to the SkyRail. This offers direct access to the airport. It is easy to walk to Stanley Park from here too.

The rooftop pool has an amazing view. The hotel includes a gym. It is well-equipped. The Pacific Club was worth it. I had a great experience.

The service was professional and efficient. Staff were attentive to my needs. Check-in was easy and smooth. They looked after luggage.
