The location was acceptable with easy access to nearby facilities.
The room felt neglected. I observed RUSTED light fixtures in the bathroom. The wallpaper in the kitchen was peeling. This was REALLY disappointing. The cupboards also looked beat up.

the location was really convenient. i could easily walk to many restaurants and shops. the room included a mini-fridge. it was very useful for storing drinks (especially water). the hotel also stored my bags before check-in. this service allowed me to explore without luggage.
the bathroom was quite small. the shower was not very good. it had low water pressure. the breakfast was overpriced. it did not offer great value. the swimming pool seemed outdated. it needed some cleaning.

The hop on hop off bus stops are right in front, very convenient. Iga Market is just around the corner, super handy. The staff were great, especially the concierge, friendly and efficient.
The check-in process took an unusually long time though it was not during peak hours.

The hotel restaurant was quite busy every evening, especially during dinner service. Breka Bakery is nearby. It has delicious pastries. I saw the hotel's room service menu and the options looked good.

The arrival hall looked great. I was told the gym needs some updates. The swimming pool looked a bit old And cleaning is needed.

Really good Stay in a Prime Location

I appreciated the location in downtown. It provides easy access to restaurants, shopping, and airport transport. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. The room size was adequate and the amenities were very good.
The minibar operation was somewhat confusing. I had to clarify charges upon checkout. I did get it resolved quickly though.

There is a spa available on the hotel. A michelin recommended restaurant operates here. I had a nice anniversary dinner there (the ambiance was particularly nice).

i enjoyed my stay. the room was large and clean with a good sized wardrobe. the location was fantastic, i could easily walk to nearby attractions. the staff gave good recommendations for local dining.
the gym above my suite was quite noisy. exercise equipment sounds were audible in the master bedroom, it bothered me.

The hotel's location proved quite convenient. Several dining options were nearby. I found many within walking distance. The staff was helpful, always ready to assist. The room provided a great view.
The room's cleanliness could have been better. The bathroom seemed small with a mediocre shower. I found parking at the hotel more expensive than expected. THE cost felt unreasonable.

i had a few issues . first, the shower in my room was quite small. it definitely could use an update. also, the housekeeping seemed to miss some details. for example, i found some dust behind the nightstands, and the bathroom backsplash had stains. it.
