i found the location really convenient. access was easy and my overall stay was mostly pleasant. included breakfast was quite excellent, it's true.
the cleaner opened the door while i was still sleeping. this happen at 8 am without knocking at all. overall it was not value for money in the end.

the staff was helpful . they provided clear directions and offered useful local tips. i found the breakfast satisfying with fresh ingredients and a good variety.
The bathroom was quite small. The shower cubicle in particular felt a bit cramped. it was challenging to move comfortably.

the hotel is very centrally located making it easy to explore the city center on foot. access to public transportation is convenient, with tram and bus stops just a short walk away. st stephen's cathedral is reachable within a 5-minute walk.

the reception staff were very friendly and efficient with check-in and check-out. breakfast service was attentive and the staff ensured a clean environment. the employees were cute and nice, providing really good service.

The location is central close to transport. I saw a clean spacious room. Good complimentary breakfast was available. I appreciated the service.
The rooms had no aircon and I were there when it was quite hot. I struggled to get a good nights sleep because of the temperature. A fan was available though it was not so comfortable for me.

The staff was very cute! The location is great. It's close to the Danube River. I also found many shops and restaurants nearby. The room was cleaned every morning. This was appreciated.
The room was very small with a sloping ceiling. One side of the double bed was up against a wall! This meant I had to move across the bed to get out of it. The bathroom had no window. It had a sloping ceiling, too.

The hotel is in the city center, near both the metro and a bus stop that goes to the airport. Staff members are polite and they provided information about points of interest. (Their recommendations were useful!)
There was no air conditioning in the rooms. I visited during a hot time of year. The reception is on the eighth floor.
