poor shower design lumpy bed
The self check-in process was straightforward. The location suited my needs well enough I suppose.
The shower design was terrible water leaked all over the bathroom floor. I tried to contact someone about it but no one seemed to care or offer a solution. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable providing a less than restful sleep experience.

easy check-in great location modern dishwasher nice restaurant
check in was easy. the location near transportation is awesome. the apartment was equipped with a dishwasher and a coffee machine. i found a reasonably priced italian restaurant just a short walk away from the hotel.
the check-in process was confusing because i didn't receive the code in advance.

The kitchenette was well-equipped it had everything needed for a comfortable stay. There were enough towels and toiletries. The apartment was clean and the bed was good and warm. Public transport was close and the trip to the airport was easy.
I found there was a lack of hanging options in the bathroom for towels. There were also limited clothes hangers in general. This.

i found the apartment very clean upon arrival. the location suited my needs with a restaurant downstairs. i appreciated the contactless check-in process it was very easy and efficient.
i noticed noise from outside because of frequent train passings. road works added to the disturbance the windows did not adequately block this noise.

The key collection was easy. It was a simple process. the apartment was nice and neat for my stay. the location of this place is very good, and it helped me to get around.
I found the underground parking garage access a bit unclear, as initial information directed me to parking areas farther away. Better signage would help.
