the location worked well with convenient access to public transportation. the tram stop was just a short walk. the room service changed towels every day. breakfast offered many options at a fair price.
the room was very hot even with the air conditioning turned on. i only had one pillow, and it was quite low. this made sleeping less comfortable than i had hoped.

the staff organized a taxi to the airport for me, helpful. there were also umbrellas available by the front door to use. this was a thoughtful touch.

The hotel location worked well with a short walk to the Prater amusement park. The staff was always polite and helpful . My room had modern furnishings. the bathroom included lots of hot water.

The hotel is decorated nicely, with interesting and beautiful rooms that create a unique atmosphere. Umbrellas are available near the front door for guest use, should the weather turn unexpected. A bar stays open through the night.
