public transport front door good cleaning
the hotel had a great location near public transport options. a tram stopped right outside the front door, this was helpful. the housekeeping team did a good job cleaning the room almost daily.
the hotel pillows felt very flat and lacked good comfort.

city center friendly staff convenient parking daily cleaning
the hotel is near the city center.. a tram stops right outside. housekeeping cleaned the room almost daily. the staff was very polite, and i really appreciated the convenient parking.
the shower gel was not refilled, despite my request.

the location worked well with convenient access to public transportation. the tram stop was just a short walk. the room service changed towels every day. breakfast offered many options at a fair price.
the room was very hot even with the air conditioning turned on. i only had one pillow, and it was quite low. this made sleeping less comfortable than i had hoped.

The hotel location worked well with a short walk to the Prater amusement park. The staff was always polite and helpful . My room had modern furnishings. the bathroom included lots of hot water.
