clean rooms and perfect location
clean room comfortable bed convenient location
the location proved very convenient. i could walk to several attractions. the room was very clean and it had what i needed. the bed was comfortable for good sleep.
the machine coffee needed coins. it was not available for free from the hotel.

excellent location friendly staff spacious room
i booked the double room private bathroom. the location was excellent near the christmas market (i loved it). the staff was friendly and provided helpful information about local restaurants. the room was clean and spacious enough for a short stay.

the double room had a comfortable bed and a good amount of storage space (i appreciated it). the bathroom was clean and included fresh towels daily. i found the room quiet.

perfect location local area early closing old floor
I found THE location quite perfect. It allowed me discover the city easily as it sits near most of the attractions. The area seems more local. That's great to me. The room was clean and tidy, it was a wonderful experience.
The reception closes early at 6pm, that is a pity. I also noticed the floor seemed quite old. Some upgrading is needed. the heater in the toilet did not work and that caused discomfort.

Excellent Location and Friendly Service

The location was excellent. I walked to many central historical sites. The hotel is in a classic building and it was quiet at night. My bed was comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly!
The reception closes quite early at 6 PM, a little inconvenient.

Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks
small room inconvenient setup
The staff were friendly and accommodated my request for a room near the lift.
The room was small and felt a bit like a dorm. The bed was pushed right against the wall (making it difficult to get in and out). The shower wasn't en-suite. It was down the hall, and the toilet was opposite.

room upgrade friendly staff convenient location comfortable bed
I received a complimentary room upgrade, a pleasant surprise. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location is convenient, near the tram station. my room was clean. I found this quite reassuring. the bed was comfortable, and i slept well.
the building is a bit old, and the furniture looks very worn. it could benefit from an upgrade, though this did not drastically affect my stay.
