Excellent Location and Friendly Service

The location was excellent. I walked to many central historical sites. The hotel is in a classic building and it was quiet at night. My bed was comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly!
The reception closes quite early at 6 PM, a little inconvenient.

The room was small and felt a bit like a dorm. The bed was pushed right against the wall (making it difficult to get in and out). The shower wasn't en-suite. It was down the hall, and the toilet was opposite.

I received a complimentary room upgrade, a pleasant surprise. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location is convenient, near the tram station. my room was clean. I found this quite reassuring. the bed was comfortable, and i slept well.
the building is a bit old, and the furniture looks very worn. it could benefit from an upgrade, though this did not drastically affect my stay.

The location allows easy access to many attractions. Rathaus is within walking distance, for example. the area itself, josefstadt, is interesting. I explored it on foot. the hotel is near public transport stops. I found it very convenient.
