the lobby bar was excellent the evening atmosphere was so fun. the hotel theme was neat the garden was also beautiful. its location was awesome near the metro and many restaurants are quite close.

i was not impressed with the room service it wasn't automatically done daily. i expected this due to the room rate i paid each night. the hotel staff was not very informative on city spots either.

The room was nicely designed and the bathroom was great.

The public restroom being unavailable due to cleaning (it would have been better to schedule cleanings during less busy times), and the slow breakfast service were problems. It took a long time to receive cake and tea at the bar, the staff seemed absent (I had to find the receptionist to get help).

the location suited me well since i wanted to be near the metro. access to the city center was quick.

my room felt quite warm, even with the air conditioning set to its maximum and lowest temperature. i was on the bottom floor, so the windows didn't open. staff had promised a birthday acknowledgement for my husband, but it never happened. a simple 'happy birthday' would have been nice.
