the location is central. the salon room provided complementary snacks. i especially enjoyed coffee and other treats. the rooftop bar offers amazing views.
the ac temperature was difficult to regulate in my room. the settings could be adjusted, but the actual temperature remained the same. this made temperature control challenging.

the staff members were helpful . they readily addressed my inquiries at the reception. i also received prompt assistance with luggage storage after i checked out.

i enjoyed the round window seat. it was unusual. the hotel felt safe. it was close to a busy city centre. lamee rooftop bar was right across the street.

the location was excellent. the cleanliness met my standards. the reception team proved friendly and helpful at all times (i even asked them for some city recommendations!).
The room was quite small. the breakfast seemed average. the coffee machine attracted excessive attention from the waiter. I felt a bit uncomfortable taking coffee without asking him first.
