sad breakfast broken light

the breakfast selection was a little sad. i wished there were more options, especially for someone with dietary needs. the room, a comfort double room, had a broken light fixture. staff did try to fix it, but it never worked properly . i found this disappointing.

cigarette smoke stale smoke

the staff were really friendly, that's something. i found their assistance acceptable, i guess.

the room i got was supposedly non-smoking, but it reeked of stale cigarette smoke. it lingered in the curtains and upholstery. it was pretty disgusting and made it hard to sleep, i was coughing all night.

The location was great, and access to public transport was easy (a real plus for exploring!). the staff was very friendly and helpful. i appreciated the clean room. It.

i noticed some wear and tear in the room. the bathroom sink looked a bit outdated, but it didn't affect functionality.

The location is unbeatable. I walked to many attractions with ease! breakfast offered many options, including fresh fruit, and i found the staff very cute and helpful. they even arranged airport transportation for me, a huge plus. the room was modern, clean, and reasonably sized.

the curtains didn't block out all the light in the morning.

The breakfast selection seemed quite limited for a hotel in this category. i also found the coffee machine out of service one morning. Apparently, this was a recurring issue. i anticipated a higher standard for the price paid, but these issues detracted from the overall experience! though the location was perfect.
