the location is fantastic, it is super central. the apartment itself is nice and spacious. i found it well equipped and comfortable, especially convenient to museums and the opera!
the apartment was advertised with air conditioning, but that wasn't accurate at all! there was no air con installed, just a fan. also, the carpets were a little stained and dirty. the fridge didn't have a freezer compartment either, kind of inconvenient.

the apartment was spacious with a very comfy bed. i had easy access to public transport, including many shops and restaurants nearby. the clear key instructions made check-in smooth and communication worked well.
i noticed the carpet was dirty with stains. THIS was somewhat disappointing.

the apartment lacked basic amenities. there was no washing machine inside the unit and the shared washing machine contained dirty cleaning rags. the staff's handling of this situation was unprofessional, offering only a minimal discount that did not compensate for the inconvenience.
