fantastic location spacious apartment comfortable place missing air conditioning dirty carpet missing freezer
the location is fantastic, it is super central. the apartment itself is nice and spacious. i found it well equipped and comfortable, especially convenient to museums and the opera!
the apartment was advertised with air conditioning, but that wasn't accurate at all! there was no air con installed, just a fan. also, the carpets were a little stained and dirty. the fridge didn't have a freezer compartment either, kind of inconvenient.

i found the check-in process seamless and straightforward. the wifi worked reliably throughout the apartment. i greatly appreciated a smooth experience and reliable internet, especially while planning daily excursions. everything felt simple, practical, and supportive to my travel needs.
i did notice the absence of certain kitchen utensils. basic items would improve self-catering. having those items would provide enhanced convenience.

unprofessional staff missing amenities
the apartment's location proved quite convenient. it was near public transport.
the apartment lacked basic amenities. there was no washing machine inside the unit and the shared washing machine contained dirty cleaning rags. the staff's handling of this situation was unprofessional, offering only a minimal discount that did not compensate for the inconvenience.

the location suited me well. it was easy to access public transport. the apartment included useful amenities. easter eggs were a bonus gift. the apartment had enough room for two people.
the carpet was dirty. i don't think it gets vacuumed enough. it would be better if they cleaned it more often.
