portable air conditioner uninspiring view
i wasn't thrilled about the portable air conditioner it was quite loud. it struggled to keep the room cool during the day. the view from the room was basically nonexistent overlooking some sort of air shaft. i guess you get what you pay for but it wasn't exactly inspiring

great location short walk secure place heating issue cold room damp room
The location was FANTASTIC! It was only a short walk to St Stephen's Cathedral. The hotel felt very secure and safe. I would definitely recommend this place.
The heating in our room stopped working. It only came back on when we were checking out. This made it difficult to reuse towels since it was cold and damp.

inadequate air conditioning noisy air cooler
the air conditioning proved inadequate. a noisy, portable unit barely lowered the temperature to an uncomfortable level in my room. the noise from the portable air cooler was akin to tractors. these issues require immediate attention .

central location daily cleaning christmas tree
the location was very central , providing easy access to everything. daily cleaning kept the room very tidy and comfortable. the room had a christmas tree , a very nice touch .
the young receptionist did not seem particularly smiley or cute upon my arrival.

admirable stay near st stephen's cathedral
convenient location easy check-in room spaciousness marvelous elevator
I found the location excellent and easily walkable to all the main attractions! i also appreciated the easy check-in process. It made arrival very smooth. the spaciousness of the room was very comfortable. It reminded me of a home away from home. i particularly admired the building's main entrance with its marvelous elevator, it was a must-see.
The air conditioning was somewhat lacking! it was a portable unit. Noisier than i prefer.

The kitchenette had everything needed for preparing coffee or tea and included a wine bottle opener. dish soap, a dish towel, and even tissues were also available in the kitchenette. It was a very helpful detail.

Breakfast included a basket delivered to the door in the morning, this ensured a quiet, private start to the day. i appreciated this thoughtful service. It added a touch of elegance and convenience. the selection of items was nicely done.

The room was very spacious, offering ample space to relax after a day of exploring the city. the bed was very comfortable. I slept soundly each night. a make-up mirror and slippers were provided. I found them useful additions.
