The family room featured two independent bedrooms, ideal for privacy. Breakfast provided a great selection. I found nice, inexpensive restaurants nearby like Pita & More. The online check-in process was very straightforward.
The room lighting was somewhat dim. Better lighting could IMPROVE the ambiance.

The room was regularly cleaned. I noticed the housekeeping was very thorough. The hotel felt very comfortable . The staff was excellent. They were always available and willing to assist with any requests (even when i had a complicated request!). I would choose this hotel again if I return.

The staff was courteous and professional at all times. They resolved a difficult transportation situation i had beautifully. The team seemed committed to ensuring every guest felt valued and well-cared for.

The breakfast had a large choice of items, it was very excellent. Food was fresh, and the coffee was good (especially the cappuccino!). Staff quickly replaced finished items.

The underground station is a five-minute walk away, i found this very convenient. The city's underground is extensive. It is cheap and easy to use, made getting around very simple.

the breakfast had a large selection of food , and i particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. the location was near Praterstern train station , accessible from the airport in about thirty minutes without changing trains. my room included reading lights and a comfortable bed.
the air conditioning did not function, so the room was a bit too WARM.

The breakfast offered a amazing selection. I found the rooms modern, clean, and well maintained. Beds provided comfortable sleep. The staff proved helpful, and I appreciated their assistance.

The hotel is near the Praterstern train station. It can be reached from the airport in 30 minutes. Public transport stops are a few minutes' walk. The Prater amusement park is also very close.
