Really good Stay Near the Opera

The location was central. It was a short walk to the opera house. The rooms were quite large and provided plenty of space for our family. I found the staff helpful, especially when needing assistance with local directions. I appreciated the provided coffee machine in the lobby. It offered great coffee at any time.
I found that the elevators were slightly small, accommodating only a few people with luggage at a time.

Really good Stay Near the Opera

The hotel's location is excellent. It is very close to the opera house. I found the complimentary espresso and sparkling water in the lobby convenient. The staff provided excellent service with free beer and champagne delivered to our suite. It was unexpected and appreciated.
The elevators are old and quite small.

location is okay , but the room had issues
inconsistent showerstreet noise
The room i got, a 'superior apartment', felt a bit tired. the bathroom had some noticeable wear and tear , and the shower pressure was inconsistent. plus , the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear street noise quite easily. i also found some dust in corners , suggesting housekeeping could be more thorough.
