“In my opinion, this adults-only accommodation offers a conveniently situated base, with easy access to transport and the city center. The staff's helpfulness is a definite plus. While some rooms can get warm and noise might be an issue on street-facing sides, the affordability, particularly during peak times like the Fringe Festival, stands out.”

good location close tram stop clean room helpful staff street noise small shower no hot water
The location works well for getting around the city. The tram stop is very close by. My room was clean and fairly quiet. The staff I met were helpful.
My room faced the main road. The shower was small and difficult to maneuver in. One day, there was no hot water at all.

a place to sleep, i suppose
the staff was helpful, which i guess is something.
The room was overly warm. I couldn't adjust the temperature at all. apparently, other guests had the same problem. it's a bit much for the price.

tram stop great location pool table leisure option security personnel friendly staff small shower room poor design no room service missing service unavailable printer missing feature
the location is great with a tram stop just outside. i used both the pool table and the gym. having access to a cinema was a bonus.. some staff were friendly. i found the security men very pleasant and chatty.
the shower room was quite small and lacked an exhaust. there was no daily room service or cleaning offered during my longer stay. the hotel also lacked a printer for basic documents, unexpected for student accommodation. finding the kitchens on each floor was difficult, and sometimes they were locked.

a nice experience,
convenient location ample space necessary equipment comfortable stay
I found the location convenient. It's quite close to the center but remains peaceful at all times. the room size actually surprised me. It offered ample space for cooking, dining, and working comfortably at the desk. i liked that the apartment included all necessary equipment! everything worked flawlessly.
i was a bit disappointed that there was no tv in the room. it wasn't a huge issue because of the wifi, but it would have been nice to have!
