the staff was helpful, which i guess is something.
The room was overly warm. I couldn't adjust the temperature at all. apparently, other guests had the same problem. it's a bit much for the price.

the location is great with a tram stop just outside. i used both the pool table and the gym. having access to a cinema was a bonus.. some staff were friendly. i found the security men very pleasant and chatty.
the shower room was quite small and lacked an exhaust. there was no daily room service or cleaning offered during my longer stay. the hotel also lacked a printer for basic documents, unexpected for student accommodation. finding the kitchens on each floor was difficult, and sometimes they were locked.

I found the location convenient. It's quite close to the center but remains peaceful at all times. the room size kinda surprised me. It offered ample space for cooking, dining, and working comfortably at the desk. i liked that the apartment included all necessary equipment! everything worked flawlessly.
i was a bit disappointed that there was no tv in the room. it wasn't a huge issue because of the wifi, but it would have been nice to have!

the staff allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout, which i greatly appreciated. i found paul at the front desk to be helpful with every question i had. staff members were warm and friendly.

the location is great and situated on a lively street, with a tram stop right outside. a tesco express is conveniently located across the street. i walked easily to many attractions.

I found the location convenient with the tram stop just across the street. This tram offers a direct route to and from the airport. The staff were very kind and helpful . The accommodation was super clean, and the towels were lovely.
The shower room was small, and the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. There was also no room service during the longer stay. The kitchens per floor were not maintained very well and sometimes locked.
