charming central stay!
excellent locationfriendly managerair conditioninghousekeeping absence
the location was excellent. it was close to the train station and the city center. the manager was friendly, even when i booked late after cancelled flights. the bed was comfy. and the air conditioning was a definite bonus.
i only received two towels when i arrived! i used one for the floor and one after my shower. after that. i did not receive another one, as there was no housekeeping.

the hotel has a charming stairway that displays amsterdam and holland images. the windows provide ample fresh air. there is also a helpful blackout blind in the room that works well. i loved it

The location WAS really good, right in the heart of everything.
The noise levels were a BIG problem. I could hear people walking and playing loud music. This made it very difficult TO sleep at night.
