amazing team expedited check-in quality offering
i discovered really good service at the executive lounge it featured a dedicated team. halilah and her team zarif faiez fatihha rosamund and xin yue tea were amazing. ariff from the front desk remembered us and expedited our check-in it was a tender gesture. breakfast included many quality offerings across cuisines a true delight.
the non-slipping spots in the bathtub were a little dark.

i stayed several nights. the train station access is seamless. this helps a lot with airport transfers. the pool had few people. it felt private. the fitness center is large with many machines.
the air conditioning was quite loud. it made it difficult to sleep at times.

polite staff luggage assistance amazing pool
the staff were very polite and helpful. afnan from concierge helped with my luggage to klia ekspres. it was a great relief for me. the pool was amazing, and i enjoyed the water slide, i was very grateful. i appreciate the room service, it was excellent.
the rooms lights system was complicated. it was hard to turn them off.
