some issues with the room
great locationnon-functional spa bathslow response
the location was great for getting around.
The advertised spa bath did not work, i called for help but it took over an hour to get a response. even after finding the fuse switch as instructed, it was too late to use the bath that night. we received a small discount, but the experience was disappointing. The jets even clicked on later without water, raising safety concerns.

the room was spacious, but some things bothered me. the handwritten codes felt insecure. the gaps in the door was concerning. the noise from downstairs and other rooms was pretty bad.

the room included a small fridge, very useful for drinks and snacks! i really appreciated clean towels being supplied every day. the bathroom facilities were great, especially the spacious layout and modern fixtures!
The hot and cold water in the shower didn't blend quite right. A little tricky to get the temperature just right.

The café boasts a stylish atmosphere. I noticed they presented a brunch option with an appealing selection of cakes. this area provided a comfortable start to my days with its helpful staff.

the suite included a nice bathroom plus a shower, fantastic after my long days! i also noticed an iron and ironing board within the suite, this added real convenience.

my room had a large bed. the decor looked attractive. i had an interesting view from my room to the street.
The noise from a downstairs bar was quite bothersome. People shouted until after 3 am, so i didn't sleep well. the cafe advertised online was not there upon arrival.
