i appreciate the helpful staff and the bag storage before check in. its location near the square and city center made it easy. the bed was comfortable, i find it was lovely.

the room have shortcomings. there was only one glass provided in the double room. i think the hotel should include hair conditioner as free toiletries.

i found the staff very helpful and polite. i appreciated the convenient baggage room to store luggage. the location was excellent , about 300m from the central station. the bed was large , offering a comfortable sleep experience.

the stair at the entrance without a slope was annoying. it made access difficult with luggage. i also experienced some inconvenience with room allocation , as my room was located quite far and required using multiple elevators and stairs.

the double room featured a comfortable bed and adequate space for luggage , however it was a bit too simple. the room design focused on functionality , with standard furnishings and a practical layout. the provided amenities were basic , yet sufficient for a short stay.

The staff greeted me by name from my previous visit. I even received a complimentary room upgrade. It was a very nice surprise. The cocktail bar features an amazing selection of beers on tap. Jacobsen Yakima IPA became my instant favorite!

The pillows were not as supportive as I prefer. They flattened quite a bit when I lay down.

the location was good. i had easy access to nearby attractions.

the room was quite dusty. it really was like the cleaning had been skipped for a while and it looked old. i also saw stains on the duvet. it was just not what i expected for the price i paid.
