I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the views were lovely and the location was ideal for exploring, the overall cleanliness and service left much to be desired. The staff was friendly but the check-in process was frustratingly slow. The pool was not a pleasant experience due to the overwhelming chlorine, and I found the room amenities lacking for the price.

The river view room was beautiful but had some issues. It was hot and didn't cool down well, and the fridge was broken initially which was inconvenient. The cleanliness could definitely use improvement.

Service was hit or miss. Valet and some staff were helpful, but I faced delays during check-in and had to remind them for some housekeeping needs.

The hotel is perfectly situated near River Street and other attractions, which made it easy to explore Savannah.
