The location was excellent. I could easily walk to major attractions. I appreciated the proximity to many designer shops. The staff allowed me to drop off my bags before check-in. This was very convenient. The bed was comfortable.
The room temperature was difficult to control. It remained too warm during my entire stay. The air conditioning system seemed ineffective, and I could not adjust it lower.

The room was small and not properly cleaned. I found dust under the bed the room corners looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom was outdated its fixtures showed significant wear.
