Adequate Stay, Some Issues Noted
poor greeting noticeable noise
The initial greeting was underwhelming. I struggled with bags and received minimal assistance at check-in. Noise from the stairs and elevator was noticeable from the room. The location is good, though I'm unsure if the experience justifies the cost.

charming stay on rue de buci
friendly staff helpful concierge gourmet coffee local cafes
the staff were very friendly and helpful . sanjay, the concierge, offered excellent recommendations for local restaurants. i also appreciated the gourmet coffee and tea station available all day (a real treat!). the hotel is very close to many cafes just outside, offering a genuine immersion in the local culture.
The classic room i booked was quite small. this is typical for european hotels.

the concierge readily. marie at reception was also helpful and efficient. help with luggage was offered immediately upon arrival.

a decent stay
helpful staff handwritten letters delivered bags tiny shower small room tiny bathroom
the staff grabbed our bags upon arrival. they also delivered them to our room. the hotel delivered handwritten letters to our room. the letters welcomed us and congratulated my wife and i on getting married.
the shower was a little bigger than a phone booth. if you bent over to wipe your hands, your butt hit the shower. our room was very small. i expected this in europe. the bathroom was the tiniest room i've ever been in.
