quiet room, superb location
quiet room luxurious bedding convenient luggage storage pretty courtyard
i stayed in a superior double room and appreciated its quietness. the bedding felt luxurious. the staff ensured luggage storage on departure day and that was convenient (i really appreciate that). i also liked the pretty courtyard inside the building.
the room was a bit small, making it somewhat difficult to manage large luggage.

breakfast included fresh orange juice, meat, cheese, cereals, various breads, and pastries. i enjoyed this continental option each morning and found it sufficient. the courtyard offered a nice atmosphere for dining.

the hotel is near many cafes and restaurants, a real advantage. it is an easy walk to the louvre, approximately 10 minutes. i found the proximity to attractions beneficial .

friendly staff free water lovely decor
the staff were very friendly. they explained clearly about breakfast, free bottled water, and desk staffing. they provided two duvets instead of one when i asked. the decor downstairs was lovely.
The online photos were deceiving. I was looking forward to the charm. My expectations were quickly shattered.

prime location helpful staff charming courtyard quick service
This hotel is located perfectly. The area is quiet, yet near attractions and the metro. I found the staff helpful and accommodating. They were very quick to fulfill our needs. I particularly enjoyed the little courtyard. It was charming.
The television in the room had limited channels, although this was not a major concern.

helpful staff clean room convenient location
the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. i found the superior double room quite clean and well maintained. the location was very convenient, close to many attractions and public transport.

cramped junior suite poor housekeeping
the location was acceptable, near the louvre.
I was disappointed to find the room smaller than expected, a junior suite felt cramped. moving sideways to access the bed was necessary. also, housekeeping was not thorough. This was unexpected, especially considering the price.
