artistic haven close to the louvre
perfect location helpful staff beautiful hotel spacious room
the location was indeed perfect for city exploration. the staff gave us a lovely surprise, including sweets and balloons upon learning it was our honeymoon. i found friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. the room was beautiful and spacious.
the hairdryer was very weak, unsuitable for long hair. breakfast seemed poor relative to its price. croissants were raw inside.

the front desk staff provided multilingual assistance and showed great knowledge of the surrounding area. kadisha's warm smile and helpfulness with train routes proved invaluable. a thoughtful note on our anniversary added a special touch.

in-room safe location poor breakfast
The in-room safe was located on the floor. I had to practically lie down to use it. The breakfast buffet was also quite underwhelming, especially considering the cost. The fruit salad didn't seem fresh. It was a shame.

the hairdryer provided was quite weak i struggled to dry my hair properly breakfast quality seemed poor for the price croissants were undercooked. i expected better considering the hotel's reputation

The staff provided excellent assistance throughout my visit, always ready to help with any request. The room I occupied featured a modern design. I appreciated the high level of cleanliness maintained daily. The location allowed easy access to key attractions.
